FSBO stands for “for sale by vendor” and low appoint companies will look good to list your house on the MLS for a concentrated appoint. There is a wide category of myths and many of them are frightening. If I’m the homevendor, then I can sell my home for more cash and keep the appoint that I would give to a Realtor.
